We prioritize your pet's safety and comfort during every grooming session. We strive to create a welcoming environment where your pet feels at ease and cared for. Our experienced and compassionate pet groomer is dedicated to making your pet's grooming experience a positive one.
Terms and Conditions
- Punctuality: Automatic late fee of $10 will be applied to total if more than 10 minutes late for appointment. More than 15 minutes late can result in cancellation.
- Rescheduling: Minimum 24 hour notice required to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so will result to an additional $10 at checkout for the following appointment. If reoccurring, no future bookings will be allowed. No call no shows will also not be allowed to book again.
- Health and Safety: Owner must ensure all pets are up to date on all vaccines including Rabies. Owner must disclose any injuries, illnesses or behavioral issues. The groomer is not responsible for any issues that arise from pets pre-existing conditions.
- Grooming Process: Groomer may return a pet to owner if they feel it is unsafe and stressful to the pet during the grooming session, ensuring your pet has a positive experience is the most important to us. Humanity over Vanity 100%.
- Not offered services: We do not offer Anal gland expression. We also do not offer Plucking of hair in the ear canal. This can cause irritation and infections. The groomer will let you know when it is necessary to contact your Veterinarian to have these services done.
